Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Halal Whale provides all customers with a 7-day free trial at no charge. The platform displays charge dates, amounts, and plan specifics during checkout. By completing the checkout process, you authorize automatic billing when the trial concludes.
2. Free Trial Terms
The 7-day free trial requires no credit card and carries no obligation. You may cancel anytime during this period without incurring any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription automatically activates and your payment method will be charged at checkout.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no restrictions. To cancel, go to Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app, which will open the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel immediately.
Upon cancellation:
- Access continues through the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges apply
- Your account data is retained until the billing period ends
4. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions — first charge

Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended service outages), a pro-rata refund for remaining months may be considered at our discretion.
Ongoing charges
Charges beyond the initial billing cycle are non-refundable. You remain responsible for cancelling before the next billing date.
One refund per account
Each account is eligible for one refund only.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you see an unrecognized charge, please contact us at support@halalwhale.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. Charges from Halal Whale will appear as HALAL WHALE or HALALWHALE.COM on your statement.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@halalwhale.com with your account email and a brief description of your issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
7. Policy Updates
Halal Whale reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
